Once the Rhythm & Buttercream Cake Decorating Kit is delivered or picked up at the agreed time, Belle Saveurs is no longer responsible for product handling, storage, freshness, or allergic reactions.

All items are prepared in a kitchen that may contain common allergens including dairy, eggs, wheat, nuts, and food coloring.

For best quality, cakes and buttercream should be refrigerated if not used the same day. Belle Saveurs cannot guarantee freshness after delivery if not refrigerated.

If the customer is not present at the scheduled delivery time, the kit may be left at the designated drop-off location, and Belle Saveurs assumes no responsibility once delivery is completed.

By purchasing, the customer agrees to proper food handling, storage, and assumes all responsibility after delivery.

Once cake flavors, themes, colors, edible images, or custom designs have been selected, created, designed, and printed, no changes, edits, or substitutions may be made.

All customization is final once production begins.
